To support our new sub-branch reps, or returning sub-branch reps we are holding industrial training in Term 1, 2024.

Day 2, 15th of March will be advanced training for more experienced reps. Rep attending this training should of previously completed the fundamentals training. This will provide reps with new skills and knowledge to best manage their sub-branches effectively.

Participants are welcome to attend both days and stay overnight and join in networking and a campfire on the Thursday night.

Members will learn how to negotiate their EAIP, how to run a sub-branch meeting, map their workplaces, participate in a Walk on Country, work collectively to resolve common workplace issues and much more.
