This training is a really exciting opportunity for reps, in particular more experienced reps and is capped at 20 participants. Reps are entitled to apply for industrial leave for this course (to find out more, head to the ‘fact sheets’ section of our website).
This course will help you develop your problem-solving and analytical skills, ensuring you have the confidence and capability to develop effective strategies when communicating with workers and employers on grievance issues. The course aims to reinforce your understanding of the principles that underpin procedural fairness, and examine the legal principles that are integral to interpreting grievance procedure clauses in our enterprise agreements.
