Sometimes it can feel a little like it is the union and teachers against Principals so it was nice to have this opportunity to be heard.
The opportunity to network with colleagues and the brainstorming at the end of the day were all very much appreciated.
The question that I would pose is, 'what next'? We know the situation, we know the research and we know the impact, so what are we collectively doing now?
